The client questionnaires will help in understanding what your needs are. In addition it will also determine what you value most, what do you splurge on and why? When you travel or buy a car, do you go with basic, enhanced or premium features?  The budget is ultimately a cost versus value question. What value will your investment add to your property? In the case of commercial property, what value will be added to your company with increased productivity, client or employee based growth? 

COMMERCIAL SERVICES AND FEES

Fees for commercial projects are based on scope and size of project. All fees are placed toward final payment when the client chooses to purchase furnishings through Donna La Forge Interiors. Layouts, budgeting and specifying fees are available for clients that are only needing bid packets.

My commitment is to give you the best possible plan within your budget. I want you to be comfortable with your budget and to know that the value is worth the cost. Ultimately an accurate and reasonable  budget at the start of a preliminary plan will benefit the both of us.

My objective is to provide guidance on the possibilities of what your space can be and to achieve the style and function desired and to do this within the budget set by the client, as long as the budget will meet the expectations for the scope of the project.


As the owner you control several key factors:

Scope - work to be done or project objectives.

Fee- depending on what you want the level of my involvement to be and quality of products desired.

Schedule - there are many factors that can and do effect the scheduling of a project, but indecision and changes are two you will have control over.
